My A1 is a free mobile app for customers with Android* (ver. 5.1 or higher) and iOS (ver. 13.0 or higher). Explore it via mobile network or Wi-Fi via smartphone or tablet. My A1 is available to A1 Bulgaria postpaid, prepaid or business customers. Easy and comfortable auto-recognition of the mobile number or login with your My A1 registration.

In order to use all the features in My A1 app and access all of your A1 services, you should register an owner profile.

Alternatively, you could add services only as a user with limited rights to manage.

Average The app by itself functions, but lacks the touch that brings satisfaction to the user. Logging in is quite difficult, since it goes out of its way to burden you (autocap on username and password fields, cannot scroll on the login screen while typing, keyboard is sometimes undismissable) Paying the bill online is a 50/50 - when I try and document that it fails - it works. And when it fails, you can not pay for 30 minutes or so, which is fair. Does the job, but needs work.

Why do I have to log in anew every time om my own phone? And to turn off wifi to do so..?! This is really annoying and is not good UX. Addition: App not showing my 200 MB bonus for which I've received an sms to activate them within 72 hours. Weeks after app. stopped loading its i terface, freezed on the welcome screen with the logo and said "Something went wrong" or similar. Uninstalled.

Здравейте, След като веднъж сте въвели потребителското си име/e-mail и парола, после влизате автоматично. Изключването на Wi-Fi е необходимо само, ако желаете да влезете в Моят А1 чрез мобилния си номер, а не с e-mail и парола. Ако имате конкретни препоръки за подобрение, ще се радваме да ни пишете на customerservice@a1.bg. Поздрави, Екипът на А1

Since January, they removed the bonus of 2 levs off if you just pay through the app. It's only available if it's on automated payment. Delusional and disrespectful! On top of that, the app asked me for permitions for the location?! Why would it require that if it worked so well without that. The moment it requires permanent location on - it will be uninstalled.
