My A1 is a free mobile app for customers with Android* (ver. 5.1 or higher) and iOS (ver. 13.0 or higher). Explore it via mobile network or Wi-Fi via smartphone or tablet. My A1 is available to A1 Bulgaria postpaid, prepaid or business customers. Easy and comfortable auto-recognition of the mobile number or login with your My A1 registration.

In order to use all the features in My A1 app and access all of your A1 services, you should register an owner profile.

Alternatively, you could add services only as a user with limited rights to manage.

Average The app by itself functions, but lacks the touch that brings satisfaction to the user. Logging in is quite difficult, since it goes out of its way to burden you (autocap on username and password fields, cannot scroll on the login screen while typing, keyboard is sometimes undismissable) Paying the bill online is a 50/50 - when I try and document that it fails - it works. And when it fails, you can not pay for 30 minutes or so, which is fair. Does the job, but needs work.

The app is good enough but not exceptional. It's often down for maintenance at night, so you can't check anything during that time. Also, the chatbot is rather basic, summarizing existing info available on the website anyway, and cannot answer more detailed queries. Managing the home Wi-Fi (changing the name or password) is also problematic, but then you have to pay extra for services through an operator for the same thing. So, overall, an average app with limited capabilities and a few bugs.

App is OK but the company behind it (A1) is using deceptive practices and manipulating customer bills to extract more money. Because we are outside of our home country for longer periods they started adding different fees and charges to our bill despite being within the limits of our contract with them for usage in the EU. They literally advised us to switch off our phones and stop using them to avoid the additional fees while still paying the monthly contract bills.
