Average The app by itself functions, but lacks the touch that brings satisfaction to the user. Logging in is quite difficult, since it goes out of its way to burden you (autocap on username and password fields, cannot scroll on the login screen while typing, keyboard is sometimes undismissable) Paying the bill online is a 50/50 - when I try and document that it fails - it works. And when it fails, you can not pay for 30 minutes or so, which is fair. Does the job, but needs work.

As a client for 20 years now I am very satisfied with the service of A1. Good roaming, perfect network coverage, fast internet, good offers. The only thing I don't like is that you have to pay 140 Bulgarian lev for loosing one box of a router. The contract ending politics are ridiculous. So I think that's what most people are complaining from. But I don't think A1 have any issues regarding the service they offer. It's good and the prices for the services are correct. The app is working ok.
