Worst user experience ever with a banking app. Some recent observations: making transfers should be easier, and the app should provide precise feedback on what is missing or wrongly populated; the management of templates is not user friendly; filtering transactions by date has something off, requiring setting from and to dares multiple times; the chatbot even when speaking in Bulgarian is generally useless.

Very often the app says that услугата е временно недостъпна when trying to send large amount of wire transfer. Need to reenter all the data that takes another several minutes. Annoying.

2 stars cuz it's not a very friendly aplicattion. Its quite difficult to navigate and make sense of the presented options. Think ubb should be proactive in the improvement of the app , from all the bank applications I used it's by far the worse, only basic functions are covered. I'm considering to change bank mainly because of the online services or lack of them.
