Ratings and reviews

Not user friendly. The new cards are not automatically added to the app (although it says so on the letter that came with the card). There is no option to add new cards to the app (yourself). In order to solve certain issues one has to phone their number and listen endlessly to a robot. Overall unpleasant experience with this app.

App rarely connects and balance is never shown in the main app window, meaning I always need to check the card multiple times in the hopes that I find out my card's balance. L.E: after updating the app to the latest version, my balance or any other info related to the card WILL NOT LOAD. Please note that this was a clean installation. Nov 2023: "new app" same issues. Can't connect, can't change account password, I don't even receive the e-mails after making a payment, so you just keep going down

App is useless. All I need to know is my ballance. If you have more than one card asociated usually it does not display all of them. Very, very SLOW loading. Things changed after moving to pluxee. Notifications are received in delay by a few hours. Trasnasction history doesn't displaybthe time ofvthe day, just the date.
