the new app update is litteral garbage. the scanner will scan anything that slightly resembles a barcode now even just text and will say invalid or it wont focus on the barcode and say not found. also they got rid of product locations within the store which is idiodic now i have to find the book on my app and go to a computer. this app is now completely useless. (update) thank you for the reply. the issue with scanner is weird as it was fine before. hope you can fix it.

I always have so many issues with this app. You don't make it user friendly. It doesnt remember previously typed books/search. Not very easy when I have to check an order and where its at when waiting for a delivery. We have had to go into the store and speak to people 3 times in regards to things not working properly and not being able to use the app. Even difficult online too. When I have an email and checking the statis of an order, I have to manually type order number instead of it saving an

Terrible app, essentially loads the browser page in the app instead of actually building the functionality, so it doesn't work half the time and forces you to sign in everytime you open the app, website is already buggy with showing the wrong item picture or wrong stock, also the sorting feature does not sort properly either
