Ratings and reviews

Easy to find what I was looking for most of the time. I am not sure the app has any real advantages over the website,so I am expecting a flood of marketing from "partner companies". Not looking forward to that. Quite hard to find the boarding pass to print it in advance. Lots of ads for upgrades, food, car rental, but since they work on my husband who bought food, they obviously work, so I'll live with/continue to ignore them. 😉

Works well until it doesn't. My boarding pass disappeared right before boarding and never reappeared. Only showed my connecting flight boarding pass. Same thing happened to the friend I was traveling with. Make sure you screenshot your passes so when they disappear you'll still have it.

There are places where the language is not clear. When checking in, I put that I would have one checked bag. The app did not make it clear that this would be an extra checked bag in addition to the free checked bag included with my ticket. Got charged 55 euros for a bag I didn't even bring. No refunds per customer service.
