Useless app. Full.of bugs. After registration, you need to make a deposit. After the deposit, which takes looong time due to many errors messages, you need to wait 5 minutes to be able to use the app. Then, I tried to unlock a bike, and none of the 6 bukes available was working. So why do the show on the map if they are out of service? Now I can't get back the deposit I made. I would love to have a talk with the app developers and give them some professional advice.

It's now been almost a week since I could get a bike. I called customer support because of the issue, and they told me that there is an issue with samsung phones and that some of them couldnt unlock bikes. I would like to know when this issue will be fixed. And I would also like to know if you can connect your swisspass to publibike so I can use my card instead of the app.

The app has severe problems with tracking the location and presence of bikes, so that many times I couldn't find any bike at a station despite the app showing otherwise, or vice-versa I couldn't unlock a bike that was not in use. The lack of a short-term reservation feature is also a bad design flaw. Several times I walked to a bike station and had to compete with other users for the last remaining bike.

Hello Alberto, if you don't find the bikes, that should be at the station, then please contact customer service, so that we can improve this station. On the other side: e-bikes with low battery/damaged bike are not available for renting and don't show in the app. We still have vandalism in Lausanne and therefore not enough bikes available.
