The app scans the receipts but frequently rejects some with a standard message. It may say that it could not identify any products or it could not identify the date and time. In every case the details are clearly visible. Contacting customer services is pointless, standard answer is that the receipts are examined by a computer programme and cannot be over-ridden by a human. High time this was rectified as users are frequently loosing points and may decide to switch to a different app.

Good app, but the way your AI reads the reciepts is somehow getting worse and worse. For example with RIMI Super it just says, that the quality of photo is bad, but the fact is, that the pictures I take are brilliantly clear and sharp. The second concern is about the bigger checks, which usually require human revision, but finally get rejected all the time, because they are reviewed on Thursday and the quota of most stores is full by then, although the check was uploaded on Monday early morning.

Works great, only issue is sometimes it doesn't recognise receipts... Presume it's poor retailers (i.e. Lidl vouchers on blue paper, print is usually awful) but has happened to a few others. Doesn't allow flash when taking photo, so can often fail. When it works, it's easy... But does have hiccups
