Ratings and reviews

Very unreliable. When it works, it's great. However, it will stop sending or receiving texts without any indication. You find out when the person comes to you wanting to know why you stopped texting them. They're also times when it will not send any images, such as GIFs. Their size limitations are also rather ridiculous.

I had a phone number for several years and then today. Poof! Without warning my number was deleted from the app along with years of call history even though my account is paid in full and has been on autopay through Google Play for years. Totally uncool! No warning or response from developer. They may be out of business? Not sure. Their customer support is a disaster .Be very wary about doing business with them if you use your number for anything you want to continue to have access to.

For some reason, this app is no longer working for me. I open the app and it freezes. Please help me with this Burner app back up and running. Can you give me a time frame into when this issue will be fixed? I CAN NOT USE THIS APP AT ALL. IF THE DEVELOPERS WISH ME TO CANCEL BECAUSE THERE'S IS NO FIX TELL ME PLEASE. I can take that verse You're sorry and that you're working on it and the big problem is nothing happens. I see that's true with other users as well.
