I love a lot about this app, very user friendly. I like that there is a timer, videos for each exercise, a place to add notes on exercises, it keeps track of the weight and reps you completed last time you did an exercise. However, there is very little information on safety with exercises, modifications for exercises or alternatives. For example, a lot of the exercises are hard on the knees and there is no warning for this or how to correctly do the exercises. I hurt my knees about 4 weeks in

Ever since the update, the amount of problems has increased 10 fold. The app never stays open and I'm constantly losing time and progress. Nothing works the way it should, quite honestly it's so bad that I'm probably going to get rid of it all together. The list of bugs and problems is too long and I dont want to be here forever. Please, fix this. Fix ALL OF IT

Won't work on any new iPhone or androids DO NOT Get this!!!! Also they don't update this page either the email isn't correct! I cannot believe all the poor reviews and they are not doing anything about it. If you contact them they will continue to give you the same runaround ambiguous language and say they are "working" on it. They have basically no support and cannot update the app with continuous updates in software. I paid so much for many programs and now the app won't even download or work!
