WHAT YOU GET WITH THE ANYTIME APP

Plans — You’ll get a new plan every month tailored especially to you. Want to lose weight, run further, faster, burn some fat, or tone up? The app has you covered! Your plan will consist of training and exercise, nutrition plans, educational tips, and recovery plans, and it gets better every time you use it.

Coaching — Everyone needs a little help sometimes, and the Anytime app helps connect you with professional health coaching services. Our coaches pull in your current health info and learn about your goals and lifestyle information to create an ultra-personalized plan, just for you. The concierge in the Anytime app can also connect you to other services at Anytime Fitness, such as scheduling 1:1 personal training and group training classes, and much, much more!

Community — Got a question? Ask questions, follow experts, and create a sense of social atmosphere outside of the four walls of the gym. What a downgrade! The previous AF app was one of the best workout apps I've ever used. The new app allows for no customization, doesn't seem to track progress or give you access to past sessions. You can't add your own exercises. It just autogenerates some random exercises- and not anything standard, a bunch of creative stuff! I just spent 15 minutes emailing all my old saved workouts to myself in case the old platform gets removed. Glad I already had the Hevy app 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😤

I only use the app to add the gym pass to Google Wallet. After authentication, it forces you to complete a lengthy profile questionnaire to finally let you add the pass to the wallet. I couldn't make the pass work on a Pixel Watch. It appears in the wallet, but it doesn't unlock the door. Works on the phone though.

Crashes constantly, stops logging when you open a different app, notifies of coaching messages when there aren't any, doesn't remember weights used in previous workouts, weight input is annoying (scrolling instead of typing and only works a third of the time), coaching notes are not visible in the default view. Truly a terribly functioning app, two stars because it looks nice I guess.
