I have been a loyal user of Zomato for my restaurant in Tiruvannamalai, and up until now, Iā€™ve been quite satisfied with their service. However, the recent decision to disable the option to edit the menu has been incredibly frustrating. As a restaurant owner, I rely on the ability to make quick updates to reflect changes in our offerings, prices, and specials.

Onboarding is a terrible terrible experience. There is now way I could reach to higher management or speak to executive. The executive assigned to me is just useless at best. Doesn't receive calls. Doesn't respond to messages, doesn't have patience to guide the partner. Also there are issues with the login in app. I am getting different accounts with SSO and with OTP login. While I have made sure email id is same for both. Zomato Partner really excels in making a bad first impression

Worst company worst and cheap people. phatetic after service...even after paying them so much money they are asking for more money to show my restaurant on their app. Asking thousands of money for advertising... As soon I stop paying for ads I Stop receiving any order. Customer care employees give falls information everytime I call them...I don't know why I spend so much money at first place ...till today also I didn't got any call after from them to help me out....such a bad service......
