Ratings and reviews

Have been using Zomato for a while now, they have started charging delivery fee for restaurants that are away from 7 km, where i stay most of the restaurants are out of reach. Taking gold is of absolutely no use if i still have to pay delivery charge. In between they show that free distance for this account has increased to 10km and all the restaurants also show "free delivery" tag but when you go to order it shows delivery fee of xyz amount. it's really frustrating!!!

Zomato offers an extensive list of restaurants, user-friendly navigation, and useful reviews and ratings. Delivery is usually prompt, and the frequent deals are a nice touch. However, occasional bugs and slower customer support can be frustrating. Overall, it's a great app for exploring and ordering food.

They've removed the cancellation option. My order got placed by mistake through cash on delivery. Couldn't cancel it. I tried getting in contact with customer care, but all I found was a bot with very limited options. Was forced to buy what I didn't even want. I'm greatly disappointed with this app. Also, the dishes delivered were 250 rupees cheaper in store. I didn't want gold membership but still ended up paying for it. I won't use this app ever again. Lost a lot of money today because of them
