The update has a lot of issues... the click transfer is affected and not working properly "due to technical reasons" ... I called the call center and chatted with the Chatbot and no one resolved the issue.

The app is extremely outdated, lots of issues and limitations, this would work like 10 years ago, but now comparing to other banks apps and services, Arabi is way way behind. I'm definitely moving to another bank.

The 2nd password concept has to be removed from the App, don't challenge our memory, I barely remember my first password, use Pin concept instead, it's much easier, Also when buying using tap to pay on POS, it's alwayys fail andxwe try 3 to 4 times because of authentication, plz put a limit for authentication, no need to go in painful buy because of 1 Jod buy for example, make it above 100 JOD for example, please make our lifec easier. Since 2nd password became mandatory in cliq paymen.
