This is by far one of the worst applications I have ever used The user experience is extremely frustrating and disappointing and using the app feels like a waste of time Customer support is honestly unacceptable There is no proper way to contact them except through an in app chat that is slow unhelpful and often ignored You cannot reach a real person or escalate your issue in a serious or effective way The responses feel automated and careless and show no real intention to help or solve anything

Very poor technical support via WhatsApp You have to try twenty times for a week just to get a response Bank apps except Arab Bank do not recognize this wallet for transfers The spending on advertising is ten times the spending on developing and managing the app

very bad regarding contacting any one on WhatsApp especially if you have any financial issue or any technical problem you try to contact them on WhatsApp which is the only way of communication they keep telling you that the employees are busy.بالعربي انت الاسوء على الاطلاق واتمنى ان ينسحب جميع مشتركيكم
