Ratings and reviews

Good app, terrible support. Takes forever to reach a real rep on WhatsApp, no call center, chatbot doesn’t pass info along, and you have to re-explain everything. If you get distracted, the chat resets and you start over. I'd rather wait on hold and talk to a real person, because you can do something else while you wait until they say "Hello" and you can go back to the call.

That Reflect Online does not have a direct Jordan follow-up phone number. Communication is handled online only, and responses may take up to approximately 6 hours. This limitation was explained and documented on the file.

This is a scam, you try recieving money from abroad then they yeet the money and tell you there's no transfer coming towards your account, oh and the customer support is the worst experience I've ever had, the app is laggy and unreliable too, the spinning wheel is just a single animation that always gets you one point, shameful!
