bad experience with the app and with the customer service support as they don't have a phone call service, only on WhatsApp which makes it very bad and takes forever to respond and no actual solution for the problem ... Cashback is good , camping is good as well .. hope you can see this comment and fix everything..

rhe UX is very bad on phones, i don't know why do we always in jordan face such lack of UI/UX design system. its very laggy i know it might be the framework used but comon guys if my understanding is right and this app is maintained by Arab Bank then its not acceptable.

I've been trying for 3 days to open an account but still they tilling me to wait for 24 hours every single time for no freaking reason
