the app is very finicky, unfortunately. I have a Samsung s21. mostly the app works. sometimes it doesn't connect. right now at the time of being asked to review it, it is not working! very frustrating sometimes. Edit: to respond to the manufacturer -- no, the cache doesn't solve issues. It's a very finicky device and app. I'm rather disappointed by the reliability. It's too bad, it's an expensive tool and it's not very reliable. Wish this could be better. Disappointing.

Please clear the data and cache for your app by going to your phone settings. This should resolve your issue. In case you are still facing the problem, please contact us at info@atmotube.com with your contact details and relevant screenshots.

The app connects well and runs fine on the Samsung S9. The only thing that needs a rework are the graphs. While the history can be broken down into hours, days and weeks it does so in chuck's that make it hard to interpret. The app does have an export to Csv. I wish the app could just open in excel. Once I reviewed the file on my desktop, I was able to clearly see that certain rooms and the garage had decisively higher levels of particulates. I could not tell that from the app.

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. You can now see every minute only in "hour" graph mode. In day mode values are aggregated (otherwise graph will be quite long). Could you describe the way you would like to see data on the graph? (you can email us at info@atmotube.com). Yes, we can add XLS export (in fact CSV can be easily imported to Excel)

Edit: Sync is really buggy since latest version. Opening the app you have to wait a long time for numbers to appear. Overall good app and product. Needed feature: ability to customize the "comfort zone". The default one is really outside my personal one. The device always say it's too hot and dry when I have my humidifier running and the heater on at a comfortable level.
