Ratings and reviews

Earlier i was not able to connect to the app using the QR code from the store. I receive an error about a post request timed out. I also made an update to the latest version of the app. It only gets worse. I cannot even reach the QR code page because i receive an error about internet connection. This while my internet works fine in Chrome.

For such an important shopping center i was not expecting to have basic issues with the app: loosing authentication while shopping online, shpping cart is sometimes lost, strange errors when trying to pay online and the order remains in an undefined state. (I use a Samsung device)

Very unpleasant surprised when I tried to create and enlist for 1st time an account with a physical Atac/Auchan card at a customer client service department in a supermarket,and the lady there told me they don't have them 😠 - And no I don't want to create an Atac/Auchan just for digital card (maybe later but the physical one is vital for discounts promised at supermarket opening 😠so I couldn't get promo offers)also if app is as bad as reviews say I won't even try creating an account -disgusted
