Installed easy. Worked great the first time I used it. I would like to know if it is communicating by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or internet. Agree that it would be nice to have Android Auto or other way of putting it on my touch screen in my truck. Widgets are definitely way too large. They should be one by one not four by one. Or at least offer multiple widget sizes. I'm sure the developer is working on it. I do like the app.

Using the app I rarely have any problems other than the occasional freeze up but if I try to use the widget it's always an issue. It used to work periodically with just a regular operation failed prompt, but now it says that I'm not associated with PalGate at all, even though the app works fine. If you could just get a consistent working widget you would easily deserve a 4-5 star rating.

Like a broken watch, it's right twice a day tops. What can I say that's positive about a "security gate" app that's bipolar, sometimes it will allow you to enter/exit and sometimes Not. Quite a few pickup driving neighbors tap the gate with their trucks displacing it from it's tracks. This causes our complex to be left wide open to everyone for several days before mgmt gets it fixed. If it was intermittent I wouldn't bother complaining. This happens at least once a week, ridiculous .
