Unlike others here, I haven't had any problems purchasing tickets. My main problem is the fact that when you look for a trip, the results often only seem to have a tentative connection to reality, both where arrival times and "hållplatsläge" are concerned. My guess is that, in those cases, the results are the official times (and places) in the bus schedules, not taking into account real time information, which seems like a waste for an app. Besides, not all possibilities are displayed, and the ones that are sometimes (from "current location") involve an unreasonable long walk to get to the first stop. It would be very helpful to incorporate walking distance/time (and ideally access to a map - I've only just moved to Gothenburg, I don't know where all the stops are!) in search results. I would also like to be able to "deselect" connections I'm not interested in.

Klagar numera förhållandevis ofta på "unable to connect". I samband med detta verkar appen lyckas lyfta sig till förgrunden även om man lagt den i bakgrunden och håller på med nåt annat. Mycket irriterande.
Doesn't worl with any payment cards. A complete waste of time and most certainly a money spinner for ticket inspectors
