VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU COMPLETE SURVEYS and are not credited with them and it isn't fixed!!!! Good site, bad app Doesn't even open sometimes. So slow and so buggy. Freezes when you're mid survey or like immediately after you're done, wasting your time and denying you your pay out. Like I said the site itself is good but this app needs fixing. Extremely frustrating. I have reported issues multiple times and they are hardly ever resolved and fixed with my points.

A lot of surveys start, but then spin and spin even if I let my phone sit for 5+ minutes right next to my wireless router. Then you have to leave the survey and you've lost any chance of getting any points. You could be 10 or 15 minutes in when this happens and then it blocks you from taking it again. Save yourself the hassle and use your laptop instead.

Considering Deleting BOTH My Account & the App. At first, this platform was great, but as you continue to qualify and answer questions, you'll get back-to-back surveys that say either you don't qualify/weren't a match (after spending up to 20 minutes filling out questions) or they'll say the surveys have filled up after you've been a lot of time answering the questions. At this rate, you'll never make any points and you'll never make the bonuses. It's starting to feel like a total waste.
