Truly the worst service I have ever experienced. It took them 12 days to open my account, and that too after 10 days of continuous follow-ups. Now it’s been 20 days since I deposited the initial balance, but it still hasn’t been credited to my account. On top of that, I keep getting random emails showing my permanent address changed automatically. Despite sending multiple emails to customer care, there has been absolutely no response. Pathetic service!

worst app and services, all of a sudden my complete portfolio has been wiped out.. as well as I have received an email that I have negative balance (which is not possible as I haven't made trade for couple of weeks and there was some balance remaining in my account) and I have been told in the email that if I didn't pay the amount, my shared will be sold to cover it with out my consent.. rest assured that non of my position was in future...all of them are in spot

Average banking app. When the session expires you are not redirected to login but every details dissappear. Your account page shows your portfolio data sometimes but blank most of the time. I might change broker to get a better experience. Let's see. so far not a user friendly experience.
