It crashes so often that my phone keeps asking if it can put it in deep sleep mode. Getting your contact(s) to load to send a message/initiate a video visit is like getting a toddler to eat food they don't like. There's the error message that pops up too often, saying to move to a better service area when every service bar is on, plus a perfect wifi connection w/ wifi calling enabled. To top it off, if you deposit $60, after fees and taxes, you get $49.79. The taxes and fees don't total that.

Worst app I've ever used! Constantly freezes. Takes 30 minutes to type out a text because of the delay in the operation. I became so frustrated I finally typed the text in another app and cut and pasted it to be able to send. Cannot use the video chat 80% of the time because the screen goes black. Shame on you when it's the only way to communicate with an incarcerated family member. Fix this garbage. I'm going to go insane if I see app not responding close or wait message

They are good but they are expensive. For example if u put $20 on ur phone account. After all of their fees and taxes, you only get $12 of credit. But if u have a loved one incarcerated and this is the phone service that facility uses. They know they can charge u pretty much what ever they want. But it does have an up side. With this app, u can text back and forth. But text messages are $0.50 each. Also u can video call, but those of course are limited to time by the facility.
