this app is absolutely horrible. all I have it for is my led light strips and it constantly loses connection and wont let me update the colors. Ive had to completely reset the device and all my presets 3 times because the app just loses the lights although its the same ones Ive always had. absolutely horrible

So far, not good. I mean it's only a 10$ doorbell camera I bought from 5 below so it's not a huge loss but still.. the app closes immediately after opening. I haven't been able to even add a device bc every time I click "add" it closes out and asks me to clear the cache. I do and nothing changes. If you have a fix I would like to hear it.

Garbage app. Bought the Xtreme Connected Doorbell, which doesn't have its own app even though the manual says it does. So I dl'd this app and what do you know, doorbell does not appear on the list of 40+ devices to pair to the app. But if you have a wireless rice cooker or power strip fear not bc those are on the list! Smh, just nonsense. Don't waste your time!
