About this app

ShotWeek keeps the record for a weekly GLP-1 injection such as semaglutide or tirzepatide: when the next shot is due, where the last one went, what dose you are on, and how your weight is moving, kept to discuss with your prescriber. It works offline and needs no account.

WHAT IT DOES

The shot week
The countdown to your next shot, with Log shot right under it. If a shot goes in a day early or late, the countdown moves with it and says so.

Injection sites
A map of six sites: both sides of the abdomen, both thighs and both upper arms. Each shows the days since its last logged injection, and the least recently logged one is highlighted. Amber marks a site logged inside the interval you set. Nothing is blocked, and sites you do not use can be turned off. Your own leaflet says which sites to use and how; the map only records where your shots went.

Logging a shot
The form fills in the least recently logged site and the dose on the step you entered. Check both against your prescription and leaflet, change either, and save. You can add a photo of a site reaction.

Injection history
Every shot, newest first, with its site and dose. Open one to see its photo or to delete an entry logged by mistake.

Dose steps
Type in the steps from your prescription: the dose, the date each one started and how many weeks it was planned for. Optional templates hold preset doses and durations; check every entry against your prescription before saving. The app never moves you up a step on its own.

Missed shot
A place to write down what your prescriber told you to do if a shot is missed. The app has no rule of its own, because the rule differs by medication.

Weight
A weekly weigh-in in kilograms, pounds or stones, with an optional waist. The chart shows each reading and a 7-entry average, and the change since your dose steps began and over the last four weeks.

Side effects
Nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, fatigue, site reaction, appetite and other, each on a five-step scale, day by day.

Protein and water
A light daily log with no food database and no barcode scanner.

Supply
Pens and vials on hand, with a refill reminder worked out from the supply count you keep and your schedule.

Vial and units
For U-100 syringes, the calculator converts the concentration and prescribed dose you enter into syringe units. It shows the calculation and any rounding. It does not check your entries or choose a dose.

Summary for your prescriber
The last 12 weeks as a PDF: shots with site and dose, dose steps, weight and side effects.

Medication reminders
Shot day, weigh-in day and refill, in the language the app is set to.

Backup
One file with everything, photos included, to keep or move to another phone. Restoring adds what is missing and removes nothing.

WHAT YOU GET

The standard tier covers the shot week, the site map, injection history, dose steps, reminders, weight, protein and water, supply and backup. The full version adds the prescriber summary, the vial and units calculator and adding to the side-effect diary. Anything you have already recorded stays readable at every tier. There are no ads.

YOUR DATA

ShotWeek stores your records on your phone and does not upload them to any server. There is no account and no sign-in. You can export a PDF or a backup file yourself. Reaction photos are kept in the app and included in your backups, and are not saved to your gallery. Crash reports and usage statistics are sent, and neither carries your health records.

WHAT IT IS NOT

ShotWeek records what you enter. It does not suggest a dose, a dose change or what to do about a symptom, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Follow your prescriber and the leaflet that came with your medication.

The app is in 10 languages. The prescriber summary is in English.

What’s new

New in Settings: Rest window. Choose how long a site you used stays amber on the injection map: 7, 10, 14, 21 or 28 days. Backups now include your protein and water log and your settings, and a restore asks whether to bring the settings back too.
