Only partially useful. We have the Hero-375Plus and the Demand Water softener. So the app shows both items. RO filter details show accurate and complete information. Demand Softener details are sketchy at best. The Current Water Flow graph shows most but not all of the time. The Water Usage graph by day simply does not work, and has not shown any info for months. It used to show the info, but for the past several months has not, and there is no history no matter how far back I go. At best I give this app a C. If this was my product, my product development team would be without work. Update 09/2020: For the past several months the water usage graph shows only a single usage spike every day at the same time. The gallons numbers on the vertical axis show that usage to be ~60k gallons. We are a household of 4. That is not happening. So the graph is essentially useless. Also, trying to contact support through the app results in a message that simply says "Email not sent. Unable to contact EcoWater. Please try again later". This also has been happening for the past several months. So it is clear it is not an implemented feature in spite of it being available in the menu. This app is essentially completely useless in all regards.

This app worked pretty well for the first 9 months I owned the system. It wasn't a full feature app but it gave me the basics. Then about 3 weeks ago it stopped working, presenting me with an error message failure of configuration. I have presented my local dealer with the problem, and there were 'inquiries" to the company about it with promises that a fix was in the works. I have uninstalled it multiple times, to reinstall the same junk. Finally took it off my phone, the local dealer has no fix

As everybody else is saying, the app is no longer working. I have called 2 times and not gotten a response.....WAIT.. I received a call from Kimberly at the local echo water store here in Tucson, and she texted me over and 800 number et cetera for technical at Wi-Fi services. In the meantime I went back on here and found that there has been an update available for the app. I just tried it and it worked perfectly
