App and mattress sensors are terrible! The temperature regulation function is helpful, but the data is absolute nonsense and obviously wrong! I've had to tell the app many times that I'm already out of bed, and it consistently underreports waking periods in the middle of the night. But worst of all, it doesn't always delete my data when I tell it to. Why even include that option if you're clearly not going to allow for the option to eliminate bad data? Garbage in, garbage out, guys! Shameful.

Really frustrating hit or miss experience. Just glad the cooling part works. App and user experience not so much. Update 6.9.24 second pod "malfunctioned", leaked and nearly ruined my mattress, instead of even trying to go through their convoluted warranty process again, if it even still warrantied. I decided to switch to a different cooling system that doesn't leak (and suck). Buyer beware!

The app has gone downhill since the beginning of forcing people to sign up for a subscription. Things were simple and worked before that. The AI is useless, more of a sleep disruptor than improver. The company should have better focused on the core product (which was good) instead of tweaking the app and charging for a service that is actually a disservice.
