Fragrantica is an online encyclopedia of perfumes, a perfume magazine, and a community of perfume lovers. Fragrantica informs its readers about new perfume launches, famous fragrances, and less-known but wonderful scents. Together we travel in time and space, where perfumes are the shining stars we use to navigate. We learn about their history, we discover far-away places, and respectfully explore the life we see around us, always taking time to be amazed by Nature. Fragrantica is a place to learn from each other and relax in the company of your soul mates.
Fragrantica is an independent magazine, based in San Diego (California, USA). Fragrantica is available in several different languages and is open to everybody. You are welcome to contribute your reviews, read our articles and other content for your individual information, and take part in our forum discussions as well. We only ask you to be considerate of each other to enable everyone to enjoy their experience.

Ratings and reviews

Leads to the main website. On a regular browser, the website does not play well with mobile devices (very slow to load, search function doesn't show right away, text boxes positioned weird). This app gets around the problem nicely. Thanks! You may want to consider a website upgrade, Fragrantica. Most people nowadays expect websites to be fully mobile compatible. And some might be disappointed by the lack of additional features in the app. Hoping this app is a temporary fix and not long-term.

The app is nothing but the webpage and there are sooo many adds. Worst of all is they lock you out of using their site for awhile if you "click on too many" perfume pages!!! Sometimes, I need to compare fragrances on a salw or click on quite a few pages to create favorite lists! I've never seen a site NOT wanting people to browse before! It's ridiculous. There is really nothing the app offers that the website doesn't.

This app is so bogged down with ads that it defeats the purpose of use. The potential is there, but now, with the additional pop-up ads every few seconds, it is just a hassle. Slow, boggy, and so many pop-ups every few seconds, the content can't even load.
