Horrible sizing features. As an athletic man, it is impossible to find a jacket by only seeing length without width. Also, there are no size guidelines with dimensions in general. You just get the "the model is wearing L" note on a specific product, but when you go to choose the size, you can't choose M/L sizes, but numbers like 48/50! This is completely useless, since you basically never know the dimensions of the product you're trying to buy. Take some notes from AboutYou, please.

I've used this app across 2 countries in Europe now and have had same great experience from ordering to receiving items exactly as shown on the app. Only frustrating thing was my account couldn't be moved across countries. I had to delete my old account entirely, and open a new one under a new email (mandatory). Apart from this, products have always arrived within a reasonable time frame, and in perfect condition.

It's easy to give positive feedback when things go well, I had to give 5 stars after receiving the wrong order. Out of 7 purchased items over time, one came in the wrong colour, concerned about international shipping return, I reached out to the support team. Quick response, friendly professionalism and proposal of a balanced solution ensured me of a very solid overall service in the price/quality of products, speed of international shipping and support if anything doesn't go as expected.
