It's very bad and nerve breaking on refunds. Still waiting for my payment since the 18th of October. Got a message from the bank that my payment is due in 5 working days which it means that MAYBE I'll get my refund around the 5-6 of November.,That is 3 weeks for a refund of one single item. Also there is no customer service, its a deliberate lack of communication from this scam site. No response to emails.

ADD BEAUTY PRODUCTS PLEASE! SKINCARE, HAIRCARE & MAKE UP! I was SHOCKED how fast the standard delivery was! It was literally here in less than 48 hours, all while using Klarna & I'm from Ireland BTW, which should made things even longer!😳I absolutely LOVE BestSecret! I would LOVE ❤😍 & purchase it WAY more if they added MORE brands/designers & even better BEAUTY PRODUCTS, BEAUTY ADVENT CALENDERS & GIFT SETS!!!! 😍

Excellent app, great features for quick and easy usage. Good customer service, never had an issue, hope it stays like that. After update I need to login manually again, get some real programmers
