Horrible sizing features. As an athletic man, it is impossible to find a jacket by only seeing length without width. Also, there are no size guidelines with dimensions in general. You just get the "the model is wearing L" note on a specific product, but when you go to choose the size, you can't choose M/L sizes, but numbers like 48/50! This is completely useless, since you basically never know the dimensions of the product you're trying to buy. Take some notes from AboutYou, please.

The app displays the status processing for my order, while the order is already returned to sender by the courier. I missed the email from the courier announcing me to pick-up my order, as I was checking only the apps (Best Secret & Fan Courier) that didn't announce me to go and pick-up the parcel. I am very dissapointed. Even now Best Secret app shows "processing" status for my order.

Very disappointing first order. After placing and paying for my first purchase, half of the order was cancelled 6 days later due to "out of stock," despite the items being shown as available at checkout. Customer support only sent a generic reply and then stopped responding to my emails. Poor stock management and worse customer service support.
