Unable to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Unsubscribing in the app doesn't do anything, same with the website. The unsubscribe link from the newsletters doesn't doesn't load/leads to an empty page saying "item moved, click here" and when you do click on it, it just loads another site with the same message/error. Getting spammed 3 times per day or more isn't fun.

Amazing app! Prices are phenomenal for brands like Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger which are usually very expensive. Also I love this app because of the 10% discounts and the €30 vouchers, these male luxury brands a bit more accessible to the average person. The only downside is that you have to be invited by someone so you can use the app.

Not a trustworthy company. And with a very bad customer service - they are kind, but can't get anything done, simply because 1. they have no idea what's going on in their logistics department & no way to control things, 2. they have a policy of not claiming responsibility for anything and 3. they don't give a damn about keeping customers happy. I have a lost return package case from December 2023 and after 40 days of emails+calls "we can't find your parcel and we don't offer compensation". Nice!
