STATUS earbuds are appropriately named. The sound, the separation and never before heard details are on a 'status' unparalleled in every other product ever used. Additionally, the custom mixer options provide personal fine-tuning for the best listening experience dependent on the music genre. It is a temptation to wax hyperbolic describing STATUS sound. - dbl

I'm really torn. These, just like the between pros, sound awesome. Its the package that's an issue. The app is basic. You can't adjust pass thru levels which makes it useless. It's often overpowered and hissy. Multi-point is not configurable from the App. Competitors do it. I'm often on the edge of bluetooth signal to my work phone on the weekends, which causes it to constantly disconnect and reconnect. Another quip. Why are you announcing that I turned on/off noise canceling from the APP?..

Hey, really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Totally hear you on the app feedback. We're actively working on improving the overall experience, and some of the things you mentioned (like passthrough control and tweaking multipoint) are definitely on our radar. An update is coming soon that should make a difference.

Amazing earbuds, seriously blow galaxy buds out of the water. The sound quality lets me hear new things in old songs as well as making the lyrics easier to understand. The physical buttons on the earbuds are rough. A few times my hair alone has pressed the buttons, but somehow, half the time when I press it again, it doesn't respond to me. There is no way to adjust the ambient sound mode & it is easily completely drown out by music.

Hi, thanks so much for the kind words, glad the sound quality is hitting the mark! We hear you on the button sensitivity, that’s something we’re actively tracking as more feedback comes in. Same with the ambient mode: it’s fixed for now, but requests for adjustable levels have definitely been noted and are on our radar for future updates.
