Been using this app for my work for about 2 years. This app is PURE GARBAGE. always has issues with getting things to load, no matter how good your data/internet connection is. Now the new issue I'm having is that I cannot upload any pics/videos without this garbage app basically crashing on me. I have to try multiple times to upload media until it actually goes through and this issue just started up about a week ago. EVERYONE at my work cannot stand this app!!!!

The most recent redesign straight up broke the experience to the point that the app is no longer usable. Images sent in groups will transiently not show up. Likes and reactions aren't updated at all, let alone in real time. The locations of different features such as user image and reaction will change position constantly. It's a terrible and dissapointing experience. Really unfortunate because the previous iteration worked great. Anyway, not worth downloading. Avoid at all cost.

Latest change in how you like or emoji messages is sooo buggy. I can tap a message to see who else liked it SOMETIMES. If I like a message and then want to see who else did, I have to press and hold the message or back out of the thread and go back to single tap. Also, likes on messages don't refresh hardly ever and you can't use screen gestures to reload the feed. Someone setup to only do pushes from the server-side?
