Don't like it. Beyond that, it's a total scam. They claim that you can keep items in certain quantities and get sale prices, yet they ended up charging the full new price and not the clearance sale price. After canceling, they charged 88$ for a 20$ item. Don't do it. Bad choice altogether Also, just didn't like the clothes beyond one blouse which was very well worn and certainly not worth 100 bucks. Unbelievable that any company can be this bad and stay in business.

Well.... I have never been able to use the app. I haven't gotten past the purple screen with Gwynnie Bee. Sucks because I'm thinking an app would be more user friendly than the site. I guess I'll never know. Edit. I am still stuck at the purple screen BUT giving a couple stars because customer service is amazing. Go out of their way. I'm impressed. I hope they get the bugs fixed so I can use the app.

I've been a customer since 2017 and my rating has gone down a bit. I have the 5 garments subscription and often I'll have multiple shirts sent and never any pants at the same time. the wait time between boxes is so long even though I scan my labels. and lastly, I never get items from my priority list items. sometimes I wonder where they are even getting the items from cause they're not on my list at all. went from 5 stars to 3 over 2 years.
