overall, the hellofresh app works pretty well. However in my case, there is absolutely no option either on the app or the website to add, correct, or change or the phone number associated with my account. It simply doesn't appear anywhere under any settings. I can only change my name and email address. I filed a help ticket with the company.

As much as I enjoy the recipes and ingredients provided, I'm starting to lose my patience with this service. I budgeted for it to replace three dinners a week, which means I need the box to arrive when it's supposed to. It's pretty irritating that they frequently do not deliver on time, and the tracking feature gives you the nebulous "shipped" update, sometimes for a full week. out of space now, but: HF, don't outsource delivery please.

first box was ok, second box didn't deliver on the requested date when I'm home to receive it, they tried to change it to the following day when I'd be at work. I'd rather not have a box of food sitting out in the sun for hours on end. got disconnected from live help agents 4 times while trying to resolve the issue. good when everything works, but the first problem compounds tremendously. done with hellofresh
