XSection is a trainer of solid geometry problem solving. It teaches you how to perceive 2D representation of polyhedra, lines, and planes from 3D Euclidean space. All the problems can be solved without complex calculations. The app contains the required theory facts and explanations. If you forgot a definition, you can instantly find it in the app’s glossary.

XSection is a perfect way for students to practice before tests or exams and to improve your spatial imagination. The app will not allow you to create an impossible object: for example, to "intersect" skew lines (which is a typical error when constructing cross sections on paper).

The best way to learn to solve math problems is to solve them a lot.

LOVE this game, and the games similar, which I believe are related. I'm looking forward to the older games being populated on Google play, euclidia is one of my favorites... I am currently experiencing some crashes unexpectedly and will update when I discover what is going on. Love Love Love this style of game and this game in particular!!! Outstanding puzzles that live in geometry. STEM like fun.

I've been playing this game for a while. After a steep learning curve, I understood how to read every detail carefully. Now I can reason out puzzles within minutes. I just finished a puzzle where I used complicated methods to successfully complete it, but then immediately realized the elegant solution that I had missed. This app is a diamond in the rough. I highly recommend it!

Good game just like their other two, but the descriptions remain somewhat cryptic. A lot of the time they just aren't terribly clear either by using terms that hadn't been described before (skew), lack of punctuation in places that would benefit from it, or just by being vague. The lack of a glossary baffles me, but the hint system is nice.
