Ratings and reviews

Just after the registration, i am not able to login becauce the app is not responding. It is showing "something went wrong please try again later" everytime i open the app. Customer care number is also not reachable and no reply of mail. Worst experience, waste of time. They are buying reviews also. 👎 Addition - customer support people are illiterate, rude and misbehave with customers. Collection team is doing fraud and threating the families of customers. They are running a cult.

Worst more than worse rather,I paid all my dues they charged a subscription fee of 1k for no reason when I did no even use the card and even despite me canceling the subscription even after paying everything my cibil score is showing that I have not paid despite me paying everything..pathetic service ...thier customer service is also not available the number always goes as invalid ...scam this is a huge scame

Very bad experience and really poor customer service as well. Been trying to foreclose a one been resolved. Been constantly, three to four times a day, recieving calls from them demanding an EMI payment which has already been made. Even after clearing up the issue with their customer service the calls continued. A very troublesome experience and not worth the effort.
