I have been using this app for more than 2 years in Riyadh. it was great. whenever you book a car you can be sure that it will be waiting for you on time. More recently it became disastrous. drivers are often late and you have to wait for them. today i waited 25 minutes for it. Uber despite its problems is still much faster and cheaper. not sure if I will use it again...

Works great when you can find a car available. Only two problems I have with it: The extra rates for gas and extra km are not easy to find. Yes, there is a contract, but such rates should be visible in the app too. Second one is finding your last booking where you need to pay extra fees. Your past booking are not organized and finding your last booking is not straight forward.

The service got awful recently. I used to recommand shift, but recently I higly suggest to look somewhere else and no waste time further. Most of the time you end up with no car or dead battery or wasting time trying to reach customer support. And it is a fight to get money back...not saying you need to check every single receipt and contact them to remove unwanted surprises. Really, stay away
