Horrid app. I somehow manage to sign up and tried to pay for the Gold Membership. First time around it didn't work. I had to go on my PC and confirm my email or something like that. Then I was finally able to upgrade to Gold. None of the images are showing, it's just the text next to them. I was able to finally purchase tickets (which by the way I couldn't input the data into the app, had to do save my card as a favorite payment method on PC) the app is very broken with many hangups and crashes.

Like most others, app does not allow user to purchase tickets for movie showings. The issue I have is no matter the form of payment, credit card, Google play, etc. There is a 100% error that the payment fails, even after Visa, Mastercard does an ID check, and you verify the code. Extremely frustrating, when the actual website does not have any issues with booking tickets, with any of the payment methods associated to the account. Dropping over $200 for a couples night out, I'd expect better.

Thunder Storm
Purchased tickets for the Austin cinema (Domain location) via app for one of their last showing and they canceled the showing without notification and we found out about it when we got there. The cinema was closed when we got there and we only got in because there were still some people playing pool who let us in. Refund wasn't issued until requested. This was our first time going to this place and I expected better for this company. There should be a notification alert within the app or cal
