JVC Remote is an application that connects and controls compatible JVC car receivers via Bluetooth® like a wireless remote control.
This application can also display JVC car receiver’s source information on the smartphone’s screen,
and enables the user to make an audio setting using application's easy to use graphic user interface.
Application can also work as a free standalone music player application, when the unit is not connected to the headunit.

INNOVATIVE GESTURE CONTROL
You can command basic controls such as pause, skip or repeat simply by finger gesture operations on the screen of the smartphone.
Also, you can make a search for a specific song, album or an artist from your playlist.

RECEIVER SETTING USING SMARTPHONE GUI
Audio settings, such as Time Alignment and EQ setting can be easily be set using the JVC Remote application's easy to use graphic user interface.

It's a nice app that works the JVC stereo in my boat. I do appreciate the fact that no 3rd party tracking is piggybacking the app. Thanks for that. The only real problem I'm experiencing is that the app suddenly stops working or stops playing music anyway. It may work for hours, or it may work for 10 minutes. The app remains in the background. I just have to open it up and hit play.

It works, but only partially (in other words: Very glitchy)! Or better stated, hardly! I have seen it work completely, once. It was a fluke! If it worked, without a glitch, it would be a truly fantastic application to enjoy car stereo sound with! Given that the application is a much older than the Samsung S22 Ultra, I can't really give it an honest rating!

Not bad, a little fumbly, but it does work. That being said, I find it really pointless to have a remote app when most states are passing handsfree laws, as Georgia did recently, making it illegal to hold your phone while driving. Maybe incorporate voice commands instead? I don't use the app at all mostly because I can reach my stereo just fine, I just thought it seemed a dumb idea to have an app on your phone as a remote.
