Pretty good, although bike wasn't locked when I dropped it off. Even after locking the bike, and the app, "verified", it was locked, the bike wasn't actually locked. No way to report this, and let anyone know about the issue either. Wasn't able to rent another bike, phone number wouldn't authorize after the first rental. We'll see this year how things go, maybe I didn't follow directions properly.....? I'll be sure to pay extra close attention in 2023. I'll update my rating, if the app lets me r

Not a great app at all doesn't work at all but the park ranger and his secretary at Goddard State Park is very helpful and went above and beyond to help with it but as far as the app goes not good at all!! Very glitchy and I got the rental bikes for free because of the ranger and his help on the phone with whomever he was and gave us the rental bikes for the app issue so nice people there but they shouldn't have to be put in that position for the app not working like it should work!
