I'm not here to criticise the Dr and customer service staff, generally they are doing good. However, the app itself has many bugs and missing options. For example, it closes forcibly, payment is slow and a lot of the time the payment fails in the last step because of the forced close, drs availabilities differ from minute to another, you check the available slots and two minutes later you see that slot unavailable?! you reserve another slot, the slot you wanted earlier is open again?!

If I can do less than star I will it's the worst app ever I had a second appointment she was late for more than 30 min I tried to speak to customer service there's issues so it can't be connected and it mentioned in the rules that if the specialists didn't attend I will have my money back but guess what she informed me that it will deduct 30% of the payment knowing it was app mistake or her not mine..and now no replay from her or the app terrible I advise u do not do it they don't even help .
