When it works, it works well, now I can no longer access my account - over the top security precautions require you to periodically reenable biometric authorizations - why, my finger is still on my hand! After entering PW, it needs me to enter a new access code twice for confirmation, but it won't let me enter more than one digit of the 2nd confirmation code, thus can't access my account. Real PITA!

As if emailing claims wasn't easy enough !! Tracking and filing is so simple. You can just snap a photo of your receipts with your phone. No more scanning. And you can look at all your past submissions, check the spending and balances. Amazing :)

I've wasted more time resubmitting reciepts and hand feeding clear information, circling, faxing with arrows and stars, around the information that was already provided, calling. And they even kept $500 last year because they "didn't get my fax," but somehow got the two later faxes that I had to BOLD PLEASE CONFIRM with previous dates and times of already faxing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
