The new Lulu app is the worst online shopping app I’ve ever encountered. It seems like Lulu doesn't want customers to shop online. Nothing is loading properly, and initially, I thought it was a network issue. However, even on a 100 Mbps connection, the problems persist. Things have only gotten worse since the first patch update. This is by far the most disappointing app experience I’ve had.

The latest update/face-lift of the app has done little to improve the customer's experience. No notice was given of the upcoming shutdown, & the timing was way off, with Onam round the corner. There also seems to be a major mess-up of the home-delivery operation linked to the app. A lot needs to be fixed & quickly! Hope all will be well soon!

The old app was atleast functional! The new app is the worst shopping app I have used across the world.. it is super slow, cannot find products (which are available), OTPs arent generated.. that circle thing keeps going rou d and round, even if we aren't searching anything! I will be surprised if the sales haven't come down post the launch of the new app!
