the app runs some good promotions however customer service is not very helpful in resolving issues. I ordered what was suppose to be a pack of 12 mini dolls ( as per the description). I received only one when I raised a complaint it took them only a week after 2 calls to come back to me and say it was only a mistake in the description and at that time no return because the package was open. it was disappointing experience

Initially, I purchased two packs of BabyHug diapers, and they were very good quality. I also received a cashback coupon. However, when I bought another two packs using the cashback coupon code, the diapers were of very poor quality with excessive leakage. Additionally, there has been no response from customer service. It appears that they may have delivered factory‑rejected products for purchases made using the cashback coupon.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I’ve been trying to reach customer support for two days about my order, calling again and again, only to be told that someone would contact me or help resolve the issue. That never happened. No calls, no messages, no support at all—just empty promise As a customer, it feels like you are completely ignored once payment is done. This experience has been exhausting and upsetting. There is absolutely no after-sales care, and I regret trusting this
