Ratings and reviews

The overall experience was positive. While the rates are lower than other apps, the margin is not much. The app feels a lot cluttered and it was difficult to find what I wanted in the first try. The Pro plans are pushed rather aggressively. There is no list of coupons that I can apply, instead I've to assume that the best one is pre-selected. The various fees that are charged are also unclear at times.

Very poor service. There is always some miscommunication b/w rider and the outlet. Today i received a wrong order in the afternoon and now my order got cancelled after so many attempts. Worst service! The outlets also don't recommend using this app. I'm very annoyed with the service this app provides.

Its an amazing experience. I was just doing shopping in a store and at the bill counter they told me about this app and the discounts I can get. And they helped me install the app and getting the discounts. Seriously I got a favorable discount. Loved the app❤️
