The app is mostly user friendly. The gift card payment option is very limited. It will allow multiple gift cards to be added but will only allow ONE to be used as payment. That's a flaw Update: 4/2023 the app still will not allow multiple gift cards to be used for a single order, nor will it allow gift cards to be combined. My college students are not amused by this and have essentially stopped going to Cheddar's because they hate the balky payment issues.

The deal that gives you a free queso and chips is a scam. I signed up for the newsletter the day I planned to go the the restaraunt and it didn't come until the next day which means I conveniently have to go back. Then it expired in only 2 weeks so I never got to use it. With that predatory practice I will not be going back.

Loved this app till it quit working from mobile. Can use from PC only. Have tried reinstall, password changes, new account etc. Always unable to log in. No app, no orders. Gonna miss it. *** Follow-up. Cheddars contacted me, figured out how to resolve issue, and APP is working fine now. N.O. Pasta for lunch and steak w/shrimp for wife. Love it!!
