To be honest, I enjoy this app a lot. Between 2018 and 21, I spent a lot of time at night. Many users post their problems, which I find interesting to read. So I sent them feedback on the addition of dark mode. Because of the screen reflection problem at night, I downloaded it after a few years, and during login, it says "check internet connection," even though my internet is perfectly fine. The service they provide is great. I've got great help from their services. But the app lacks a lot facilities. It's kind of hard to use for a general user. Many necessary features are missing, like booking a follow up appointment, rescheduling appointment etc. I didn’t even find a help centre number in the app. This app is the only platform to connect users to their service. If your platform is hard to use, you can not expect users to use your services no matter how good your sevices are.

As a new user, I install it. Then I selected the Language to Bangla, it shows continuously loading. Then I tried "Start" by selecting English, when I put my Phone number, then it shows " check your Internet Connection." But my internet connection always working. That's why I found this app useless untill they fix their major bugs.
