Ratings and reviews

Notifications are iffy. Also, can't see when the last data was sent. No clear receipt of report. I'd love to see a log or at least acknowledgement that the day's report was sent. Like a calendar with a highlight or anything. I just had a notification to complete my report but I already had. I'm supposing it didn't sync. Seeing a transaction history would be helpful.

App notifications are hit and miss; mostly miss. It notifies of a diary entry being ready sometimes, then just stops sending notifications. The requirement to complete the diary entry only on that day, and in a set time frame, in unrealistic. Especially when the study is for your child who occasionally is away from home with others. We need to be able to add missed entries.

Not receiving notifications on Android os. Have checked with coordinator from medical office, and this is very common with Android users. Why can't this bug be fixed? No advisement regarding limitations in Android, or anything even alluding to sporadic misses. All app settings are set to "GO", but all crickets from Patient Cloud!
