This app and its provider are getting worse. First, I love the app – it has a clean and user-friendly interface and is fast, great for low-end devices. Good job for that! The problems are: 1. The server is often sluggish, taking too long to contact. 2. Navigation is unresponsive and lacks instructions, making it easy to miss the right path. The app doesn't clarify if I should use a service road or a fly-over/tunnel. 3. You sometimes get 25% commision from us! That is so unfair.

I would like to suggest to include dark mode option on this app, as we drivers try to save battery while online (This is very helpful for phones that have amoled displays to save battery). Also restore the options that can use google maps and waze as our default navigator.

The incentive wasn't shown in cash wallet history, I doubt if I received it because only the credit wallet was topped up while the cash wallet nothing happened. And Google map is much more updated than the Grab navigation which is outdated and routes are not clear.
