I tried several times to book flights with errors so frustrating. A great airline it is the app that needs MAJOR improvements. It makes me want to just book another airline. You put all your information in correctly then I get a message repeatedly. " ONE ERROR CHECK YOUR IMPUT " What input ??? doesn't explain or the fact you cannot do currency conversion at the end for payment.

This app does not allow me to create an account as it won't accept my password. After reading several reviews stating the same problem, I would think that PAL would address the issue. I even tried to create a Mabuhay Miles account online, but it kept coming up as an error. I was able to book flights for my family, but I haven't received any emails to confirm the flights. Your online presence and app are not user-friendly. Come on, PAL... do better!

My experience with this app literally made me book a different airline. Registration has unintuitive context menus and slow performance. Asked for city but didn't have it in a drop-down list that seemed to try to list every city in my country. Password kept saying invalid until I googled the requirements. Worst of all, you can't register online, only in the app. I canceled registration and went with a different airline. I hope these software engineers aren't also working on their systems.

1. Miles + Cash Mabuhay Miles: members can now pay for flights using a combination of miles and cash.
2. Pre-Filled Passenger Information: Logged-in Mabuhay Miles members can now auto-fill passenger details from their saved profile during booking.
3. Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue where selecting "All Cabins" in the booking page showed an unexpected error.
