I tried several times to book flights with errors so frustrating. A great airline it is the app that needs MAJOR improvements. It makes me want to just book another airline. You put all your information in correctly then I get a message repeatedly. " ONE ERROR CHECK YOUR IMPUT " What input ??? doesn't explain or the fact you cannot do currency conversion at the end for payment.

This app does not allow me to create an account as it won't accept my password. After reading several reviews stating the same problem, I would think that PAL would address the issue. I even tried to create a Mabuhay Miles account online, but it kept coming up as an error. I was able to book flights for my family, but I haven't received any emails to confirm the flights. Your online presence and app are not user-friendly. Come on, PAL... do better!

Lots of bugs in this app. I am trying to pay for my seats and it's not allowing me to go past saving my contact information. It's saying error saving contact info. No additional info on how to correct. I also tried creating an account and I can not go past creating my password. It's just saying invalid password with no info on how to correct. I tried different combinations of passwords. Also, it does not follow the standard user interface. Confusing. Using Samsung Galaxy Ultra with Chrome.
