Clearwater United Taxi is the Taxi Booking App for all Pinellas County Florida, including on-demand cab service in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater Beach. We provide rides to and from the St. Pete / Clearwater International Airport and offer a special rate to the Tampa International Airport.

Easily request a taxi for immediate service or in advance: use your current GPS location, select from recent locations history or saved favorites, or enter the address manually. The app dispatches the closest available United Taxi to your pickup location, to ensure prompt service. Our GPS live tracking feature allows you to watch your cab arrive on a map and receive “on approach” notifications when the cab is near. For rate information, use the app’s built-in fare estimator.

When the app works it's handy but there's a bug were around 5-20 minutes after booking a cab it will randomly say cancelled but the trip is still active for the driver. This has happened twice now. Please fix the bug this will waste drivers time if two drivers go for the same person it doesn't tell you the original driver is still getting you.

The app made no difference to prompt arrival times. Half the time I never had a driver even show up, after ordering/scheduling on the app 2-3 days in advance, that's still not enough time to secure a driver apparently. Nor does anyone notify you that you haven't a ride, until you call into dispatch and find out! App is useless, because the company isn't very efficient.

I prefer taxi to Uber but I like to use app to explain location the app gets stuck verify code. Isn't in email and no text message sent.
