Needs polishing. Who among us can do 10x Turkish get ups in 30 seconds? (The mechanics of this exercise make it impossible to do high volume in short duration) Every workout that's unilateral is only one side of the body so apparently you're supposed to run through twice to get a balanced workout? I intuitively switch sides but you have to do it mid set to get the volume balanced. Animations and exercise labels don't always match. Overall decent but room to improve it. Need more exercises!

Hey Russ, one of the best feedbacks thanks, I am aware of this issues, don't worry about the 10x for 30 seconds, if you are a beginner just do 2x, 3x... for 30 seconds, to make the workout balanced do 5x on one side then change to other side and do 5x total 10x done both sides. I will try my best to improve it, Thanks

So far I like this app more than most of the kettlebell apps. All I really want is to build my own custom workouts and have a reminder of an example of what each one looks like. This app has a good workout builder. There were still quite a lot of exercises I couldn't find, but this app did better than most. It would be even better if there were some way of creating your own exercise entry here if it wasn't on the list of exercises. Overall happy with this.

Nice, clean interface. Would like some more guidance on some of the exercises like left or right arm and whether all reps should be completed one side then the other or if they should be split between the two sides. I'm sory of making it up at the moment but otherwise a good app.

What's new

IMPORTANT: The app needed an update to follow a new Google Play policy. If you want to keep your Activity and custom-made workouts, you can skip the update. The current update might delete all your data.

The latest version contains bug fixes and performance improvements.
