Netsmart Mobile Caregiver application is designed for Caregivers using a Netsmart CareRecord. The caregiver has access to their schedule as well as the required tasks to be completed for the patient. At the same time, the application utilizes GPS based location service to capture Electronic Visit Verification information.

If this app it's not kicking you out is asking you to upgrade, and when you upgrade it never has a new version you have to uninstall it and reinstall it and that still doesn't work. You called the office and it's always a system issue. This is very inconvenient. You didn't have to go back to the clients home to get them to sign a paper assignment. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Its nice not to have so much paperwork but it logs off way to quickly and errors more than expected. Would be really great if it had a "Time used this week" type of tracking feature.

I'm having a hard time trying to get my caregiver to act right, and everything is going very bad for me!! An I don't like going through these changes like this. Ok
